While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. The final cost is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Expedited shipping may be available for select regions—check your cart for real-time quotes.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to over 50 countries, including the United States, Canada, major European nations, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some remote areas or regions with customs restrictions may not be serviceable. If your address falls outside our coverage, you’ll be notified during checkout. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Our system syncs with carrier databases to provide real-time updates. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can happen due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team with your order number. For lost shipments, we’ll initiate a trace process with the carrier and either resend your items or issue a refund upon investigation.

Customs & Import Duties

We recommend checking local regulations before ordering. Carriers typically contact you for payment upon arrival if fees apply. Note that refusing to pay these fees may result in order return or destruction.
